Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and serve as a positive role model for residents working toward recovery
- Assist with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills development
- Maintain confidential client records and complete documentation
- Administer medications and respond to emergencies or crises appropriately
- Transport residents and support their participation in community activities
- Collect specimens and lead educational groups to support treatment goals
- Attend required trainings and staff meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license preferred; must meet driving requirements
- Completion of DHS training may be required post-hire
Additional Details
