Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Administer medications as per schedule and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of living areas
- Document resident care activities and progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving field is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical ability to perform physical tasks
