About the role

Holladay Park Plaza is seeking a Residential Care Facility (RCF) Administrator to lead and support our Residential Care team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. Holladay Park Plaza, part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Portland’s Lloyd District. Our community feels like home and offers outstanding amenities, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents. We proudly support up to 36 Residential Care residents and more than 200 Independent Living residents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Residential Care Facility while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and compassion.
  • Conduct and document resident assessments.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their representatives through regular communication.
  • Play an active role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance support to help staff thrive.
  • Maintain accurate resident charts in accordance with medical record standards.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support community operations.
  • This role includes on-call availability outside of regular business hours as needed.

Requirements

  • One year or more of experience in long-term care, residential care, caregiving, medication administration, or a related field.
  • Current Residential Care Facility Administrator license.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
