Facility Manager

About the role

We Are Lucky Strike Entertainment, one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies in the World with 360 upscale and traditional Bowling Centers, five expansive and well-located Waterparks, a large Amusement Park in California and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers in major markets. As a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational

Requirements

• 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment
• Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting
• Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction
• Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
