What We’re Looking For:

• Two or more years of experience in mechanical operations or janitorial duties
• Two or more years of experience managing a team
• Electrical plumbing or building experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in a high-volume environment or in hospitality is preferred
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Order Replacement Supplies
• Prioritize Maintenance Requests
• Audit Completed Maintenance Tasks/Projects
• Training Hourly Facilities Employees

Additional Duties:

• Janitorial Supplies/ Ordering Inventory
• Pinsetter Parts Ordering/ Inventory
• Pinsetter Maintenance
• Assess Workplace Hazards
• Lighting Upkeep
• Maintenance of All Departments
• Facilities Cleanliness & Maintenance
