Resident Services Professional (Multi-Site)

This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select a Chestnut Hill Realty apartment as their home. Making residents feel at home is an important aspect of your position, with responsibilities that include maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and retention. Make a difference in our communities by lending a hand at various sites and creating lasting connections with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents, identify needs, show apartments, overcome objections, and close the deal by obtaining lease paperwork
• Share responsibility for completing monthly administrative tasks in an orderly and timely manner to ensure the property's paperwork is organized and complete

Requirements

• Must be able to work one weekend day and holidays
• 2-3 years of sales experience and/or customer service background preferred
• Team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn and operate company software programs
• Must own a vehicle
• Interest in meeting and connecting with all types of people and desire to learn (apartment leasing experience not required)

Pay

The salary range for this role is $23.00–25.00 hourly along with an additional incentive structure, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

Schedule

Flexibility to work one weekend day and holidays required. Every day is different – demanding, rewarding, and fun.
