About the role

North American Properties Apartments is seeking a Multi-Site Resident Coordinator to provide best-in-class customer service to residents of our Saint Xavier Park Collection, which features five properties (The Blonde, Encore Urban Living, Seven at Broadway, Sycamore Place, and East 8 Lofts) in Downtown Cincinnati. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to gain multi-site experience in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for current residents and backup contact for prospective residents.
  • Address and resolve resident requests, questions, concerns, complaints, issues, and feedback.
  • Build and maintain resident relations.
  • Manage freight elevator and amenity area reservations.
  • Organize package areas, communal areas, and amenity areas twice daily.
  • Oversee site-level marketing and reputation management, including social media marketing, Google/Yelp/website reviews, resident referral programs, etc.
  • Promote the Black Card program internally to residents and externally with vendors and the local community.
  • Plan, advertise, and host resident events and coordinate resident activities.
  • Create and send email blasts to residents, applicants, and prospects.
  • Schedule leasing tours and appointments, complete tour follow-up, and conduct tours as needed.
  • Inspect apartments to prepare them for move-ins and assist with move-in appointments.
  • Prepare and present lease contracts, move-in paperwork, and related documents.
  • Manage resident and prospect information using tools like Entrata, Microsoft Excel, Word, and various databases.
  • Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks, vendor/resident communication, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Deliver notices to residents via door-to-door, phone, email, social media, or broadcast.
  • Prepare the office for daily opening and closing.
  • Order office supplies, refreshments, and marketing materials.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity as requested.
  • Maintain targeted occupancy.
  • Handle other special projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
  • Successful customer service-related background.
  • Ability to work occasional nights and/or weekends based on office and event scheduling.
  • Capability to walk for extended periods of time.
