Resident Project Coordinator
About the role
The Resident Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing various projects that enhance the living environment and quality of life for residents at The Waters Senior Living. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of new building projects, renovations, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or facility operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
