Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility.
- Enforces all rules, responsibilities, and restrictions assigned to residents.
- Documents all transactions related to residents, such as money, subsistence, medications, first-aid supplies, mail, visitors, accountability checks, and telephone calls.
- Supports counselors with resident programming, which may involve setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents at home and work, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
- Conducts and documents regular inspections of the facility to ensure the health, safety, and accountability of residents.
- Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility according to established procedures.
- Participates in emergency drills and follows all safety protocols.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of paid work experience.
- Ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergency situations.
- Knowledge of and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Female applicants only due to contractual obligations.
- Variable shift schedule available, including 1st Shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM), 3rd Shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM), and weekends/holidays.

This is a relief position with variable hours based on the needs of the center. Shifts may include 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, weekends, and holidays.
