Resident Monitor (Relief)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility.
• Documents all transactions related to residents, such as money, food, medications, and personal items.
• Supports counselors in resident programming activities, including setting up monitoring equipment and conducting surveillance tests.
• Conducts and records regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintains awareness of emergency procedures and follows all outlined policies and procedures.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness and order within the facility, including cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.

Shift Schedule

This is a relief position with variable hours ranging from 0 to 16 hours per week. Shifts are typically:

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Qualifications

Possess a High School diploma or equivalent and one year of paid work experience. Demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups is required.
