Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility.
- Enforces all rules, responsibilities, and restrictions assigned to residents.
- Documents all transactions related to residents, including money, subsistence, medications, first-aid supplies, mail, visitors, accountability checks, and telephone calls.
- Supports counselors with resident programming, such as installing electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents, and conducting alcohol and urine surveillance tests.
- Conducts and documents scheduled internal and external inspections of the premises to ensure residents' health, safety, and accountability.
- Maintains physical plant safety and sanitation standards.
- Keeps up-to-date with procedures and policies outlined in the Statement of Work, Physical Plant, and Operations Manuals.
- Participates in emergency drills, life safety, facility sanitation, escapes, and unusual occurrence procedures.
- Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the center, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of paid work experience.
- Ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergencies.
- Identify as a MALE due to contractual obligations.
Shift Schedule
Third Shift, Weekends, Holidays falling on weekends (variable as needed).
Pay
$22.84 per hour.
