Resident Monitor (Relief)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility, following all assigned rules, responsibilities, and restrictions.
• Supports counselors by assisting with resident programming, such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
• Conducts and documents regular inspections of the facility to ensure residents' health, safety, and accountability, and maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Keeps up-to-date on emergency procedures and follows all outlined policies and procedures.
• Works flexible hours as needed to cover shifts at the facility, attends required meetings, and performs additional tasks as directed by the Director.
• Responsible for general cleaning duties, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disposing of trash.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.
• Ability to work with individuals and groups in routine and emergency situations.
• Identify as male for this position due to contractual obligations.

Pay

$22.84 per hour.

Schedule

This is a Relief Position with a shift schedule of 16 hours per week, variable as needed, including Sundays and Mondays from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
