Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility.
- Documents observations and adherence to rules, responsibilities, and restrictions.
- Supports counselors with resident programming tasks such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
- Conducts and documents inspections of the facility to ensure health, safety, and accountability.
- Maintains physical plant safety and sanitation standards.
- Keeps up-to-date on procedures and policies outlined in the Statement of Work, Physical Plant, and Operations Manuals.
- Participates in emergency drills, life safety protocols, facility sanitation, escapes, and unusual occurrence procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness of the center through general housekeeping tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Accepts and works additional shifts as needed to cover the facility.
- Attends and participates in required appointments and meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
Shift Schedule
This is a Relief Position with an 8 to 40 hours per week schedule. Shifts are defined as:
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of paid work experience.
Pay
$23.09 per hour. Dental and vision benefits are offered for all relief employees.
