Resident Monitor (Relief)

Responsibilities
- Makes sure residents are accounted for and follow rules, responsibilities, and restrictions.
- Aids counselors with resident programming, such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
- Performs and documents regular inspections of the facility to ensure residents' health, safety, and accountability.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety of the facility, following established procedures and policies.
- Participates in emergency drills, life safety protocols, and facility sanitation practices.
- Accepts and works additional shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Assists with general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining the center.
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements
This entry-level residential re-entry position requires applicants to identify as a FEMALE. The shift schedule includes 16 hours per week, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Holidays may fall on weekends and vary based on need.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of paid work experience.
Skills
Essential skills include the ability to work with individuals and groups, manage facilities, conduct inspections, and follow emergency procedures.

Pay
The competitive wage for this position is $22.84.
Schedule
