Resident Monitor (Relief)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility.
• Documents and enforces all rules, responsibilities, and restrictions for residents.
• Supports counselors in resident programming, such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
• Conducts and documents inspections of the facility to ensure residents' health, safety, and accountability.
• Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility according to established procedures.
• Participates in emergency drills and follows all safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.
• Ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergency situations.

Pay

$22.84 per hour for full-time employees, with variable shift schedules ranging from 16 to 24 hours per week.

Schedule

This is a Relief Position with variable shifts defined as:

1. 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
2. 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
3. 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Shifts are subject to change based on facility coverage needs.
