Resident Monitor (Part-Time)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility, following all assigned rules, responsibilities, and restrictions.
• Supports counselors by performing tasks such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents at home and work, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
• Conducts and records regular inspections of the facility to ensure the health, safety, and accountability of residents.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the facility, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disposing of trash.
• Keeps up-to-date on facility procedures and policies, including emergency drills and safety protocols.
• Works flexible schedules, including split shifts on Sundays and Mondays from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM and Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.
• Must identify as male for this position.

Must demonstrate ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergency situations.
