Resident Monitor (Part-Time)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility.
• Documents observations and adherence to rules, responsibilities, and restrictions.
• Manages transactions related to residents' money, food, medication, and other items.
• Supports counselors with resident programming tasks such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment.
• Conducts and documents regular inspections of the facility to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintains knowledge of emergency procedures and follows all facility policies and manuals.
• Works additional hours as needed to cover shifts at the facility.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Shift Schedule

Part-Time. 24-40 hours per week. Shifts are defined as:

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.

Pay

$22.84 per hour. Dental and vision benefits are offered for part-time and relief employees.
