Resident Monitor (Part-Time)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility, following all rules and restrictions.
• Supports counselors by helping with resident programming, such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents at home and work, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
• Conducts and records regular inspections of the facility to ensure residents' health, safety, and accountability.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the facility, including cleaning tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disposing of trash.
• Keeps up-to-date on facility procedures and policies, including emergency response plans.
• Works flexible hours as needed, including rotating shifts between 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, and 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM.
• Attends and participates in required meetings and appointments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.
• CPR certification.
• TB documentation.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups, both in normal situations and during emergencies.
