Resident Monitor (Full-Time)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility, following all rules, responsibilities, and restrictions.
• Supports counselors in resident programming, such as setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents at home and work, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
• Conducts and documents regular inspections of the facility to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises.
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all procedures and policies outlined in the Statement of Work, Physical Plant, and Operations Manuals.
• Participates in emergency drills, life safety protocols, facility sanitation, and unusual occurrence procedures.
• Works additional hours as needed to cover shifts during work stoppages.
• Assists with general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disposing of trash.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.
• Driver’s License preferred.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate the ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergency situations.

Pay

$15.50 per hour for full-time employees.

Schedule

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays falling on weekends (variable as needed).
