Resident Monitor (Full-Time)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure all residents are accounted for while inside and outside the facility.
• Documents and enforces all rules, responsibilities, and restrictions assigned to residents.
• Supports counselors in resident programming, including setting up electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents, and conducting alcohol and urine tests.
• Conducts and documents regular inspections of the facility to ensure health, safety, and accountability.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in the facility.
• Keeps up-to-date on emergency procedures and drills.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director.

Shift Schedule

Full-time 40 hours per week
Second Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (variable as needed)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of paid work experience.

Pay

$15.50 per hour
