Our Reservations Team is dedicated to making travel planning fun and easy for guests. They’re fast, friendly, and proactive—anticipating needs and providing on-the-spot solutions for arrival, departure, airport transfers, luggage storage, and more. We’re seeking an articulate, experienced Reservations Agent who thrives on details and loves bringing great plans to life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized reservations service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions
• Assist with arrival and departure logistics, including airport transfers and luggage storage
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adapt to the demands of a 24-hour operation

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel operations, reservations, or guest service
• Strong passion for guest service and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to meet the needs of a 24-hour operation

Qualifications

• Experience in guest or customer service roles
• Proficiency in a secondary language is a plus
