Rental Sales Management Trainee

About the role
This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. You will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship-building abilities. The program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, with the opportunity to finish in as little as 12 months based on performance. The role includes structured work weeks, rotational Saturdays (depending on branch location/hours), and competitive pay plus overtime.

Responsibilities
- Handle sales and processes for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventive maintenance and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain and grow the customer base
- Perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by a supervisor (voluntary or assigned)
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (business administration or similar related degree preferred)
- One (1) year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred
- Intermediate computer literacy

Pay
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $52,000
Maximum Pay Range: $54,000
The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
