Role Overview

The Rental Management Trainee is a comprehensive program providing training in Rental Management, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The role involves supporting location and regional management through operational and administrative tasks, with responsibilities spanning sales, customer relationship management, and rental asset processes.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls and lead generation
• Maintaining accurate marketing database data
• Managing rental assets, vehicle standards, and compliance
• Executing sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share
• Resolving customer concerns and disputes to foster relationships
• Performing on-call duties and other assigned tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to relocate after training
