Rental Property Support Person

About the role

This is a part-time job with a potential to grow into a full-time position and advancement potential. No experience is necessary and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Driving to various properties and performing detailed evaluation and condition reports on rental homes.
• Documenting damages through photos and comments.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining confidentiality.
• Thoroughly reviewing single-family and multi-unit residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues.
• Carrying small ladders, changing smoke alarms, etc.
• Performing various tasks such as lockbox and sign pickup/drop-off, property checks, and deliveries.

• Tech-savvy.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Must provide your own dependable vehicle with valid drivers license and insurance.
• Able to drive a minimum of 30-45 miles from your home zip code.
• Able to use a ladder and basic hand tools.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $17-$22 per hour.
