Rental Property Support Person

About the role

This is a part-time job, but requires a consistent schedule. The position involves driving to various properties for detailed evaluations and condition reports on rental homes. Tasks include lockbox and sign pickup/drop-off, property checks, and deliveries. Potential for growth into a full-time position and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review single-family and multi-unit residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues
• Document damages through photos and comments
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain confidentiality
• Physical work: carrying small ladders, changing smoke alarms, etc.

• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs
• Must provide your own dependable vehicle (with vehicle insurance and valid drivers license)
• Must be willing to drive a minimum of 30-45 miles from your home zip code
• Able to use a ladder and basic hand tools
