About the role
The Property Support Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at multifamily residential apartment complexes. They will handle customer inquiries through various channels and collaborate with carriers to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online chats from property managers and package liaisons
- Work with carriers to solve problems at properties
- Review and follow up on CRM tasks
- Work on projects as assigned by management
- Respond to escalated requests from Residential Support
- Review integration settings and escalate as appropriate
Requirements
- 1+ years of direct Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the iOS ecosystem
- Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
- Able to research and grasp information across multiple tools while speaking with clients
- Self-starter mentality, a solutions driven mindset, adaptability, empathy, insight, and dependability
Qualifications
While not required, experience working in a call center environment and a Bachelor’s degree or some college can be beneficial.

Schedule
Based in our Sacramento office with 3 days in office required. The use of remote audio and visual tools will also be required.
