Customer Service Representative – Sales Support (Remote) Location: Grand Rapids, MI Area (Remote) Are you passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Sales Support to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position ; however, candidates must reside in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area in the event occasional onsite attendance is required in the future. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems, managing multiple systems, and working independently in a remote environment. Schedule Monday through Friday8:30 AM – 5:30 PMNo overtime requiredTraining schedule may be 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM depending on trainer availability What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative – Sales Support, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking furniture repair, cleaning, and maintenance services. You'll help guide customers through the intake and scheduling process while delivering a professional and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email inquiriesGather information regarding service needs, product details, and customer concernsAsk questions to determine repair, cleaning, or maintenance requirementsCollect and document customer information, service details, photos, and notes accuratelyExplain available service options, pricing, fees, and next stepsConvert qualified inquiries into scheduled service requestsFollow up on open quotes, voicemails, and email leadsMaintain accurate records within internal systemsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure service availability and issue resolutionProvide a professional, customer-focused experience through all phone and written communicationsIdentify customer trends and provide feedback to leadership Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of call center experience (inbound or outbound)Experience with data entry, order processing, or administrative supportStrong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentHigh-speed internet connection requiredAbility to connect company-provided equipment directly to your modem via Ethernet cable What We're Looking For Strong customer service mindsetExcellent multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to confidently handle customer questions and concernsReliable work history with demonstrated job stabilitySelf-motivated and comfortable working from home Why Join Us? Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
