The position supports travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward. Primary Responsibilities Support sales support representative activity connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.Maintain accurate lead, prospect, customer, or account records in the company’s shared sales workflow.Complete approved outreach, follow-up, scheduling, or information-gathering tasks.Prepare quotes, meeting notes, customer information, or sales-support materials as assigned.Coordinate handoffs between prospects or customers and the appropriate internal owner.Prepare activity or pipeline updates that help the team manage follow-up consistently.
