About the role

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is hiring a Sales Support Representative to support leads, customer follow-up, account activity, CRM records, and sales coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support sales support representative activity connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.
• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, customer, or account records in the company’s shared sales workflow.
• Complete approved outreach, follow-up, scheduling, or information-gathering tasks.
• Prepare quotes, meeting notes, customer information, or sales-support materials as assigned.
• Cook up handoffs between prospects or customers and the appropriate internal owner.
• Prepare activity or pipeline updates that help the team manage follow-up consistently.
