Core Responsibilities
- Support sales support representative activity connected with domestic and international travel planning, reservations, ticketing, traveler service, and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate lead, prospect, customer, or account records in the company’s shared sales workflow.
- Complete approved outreach, follow-up, scheduling, or information-gathering tasks.
- Prepare quotes, meeting notes, customer information, or sales-support materials as assigned.
- Cook up handoffs between prospects or customers and the appropriate internal owner.
- Prepare activity or pipeline updates that help the team manage follow-up consistently.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
- Comfort learning CRM, email, spreadsheet, calendar, and web-based sales workflows.
- Ability to maintain accurate records while handling multiple follow-up tasks.
- Professional judgment in customer communication.
