About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Rent Collection Specialist to join our team and help support the financial health of our growing community.
Responsibilities
- Send out small balance letters
- Keep detailed notes regarding overdue accounts
- Prepare for eviction
- Work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments
- Maintain organized records
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months related experience or training
- Sales and/or customer service experience required
