Renewals Specialist
About the role
Elevate Customer Success and Financial Growth as a Renewals Specialist. Secure the future of our customer partnerships and drive business growth by owning the complete renewal lifecycle. In this dynamic role, you will build strategic internal alliances and act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value while optimizing financial outcomes for the company.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate, influence, and secure critical account renewals while continuously enhancing customer trust.
- Execute all phases of the renewal process, including account reviews, quote creation, and strategic negotiations to close accounts on time.
- Partner and collaborate with internal resources such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Legal to develop data-driven strategies.
- Monitor at-risk accounts early on, uncover hidden roadblocks, and develop proactive action plans to minimize churn.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- One to three years of experience in customer support, service management, accounts receivable, or sales.
- Proven success in managing customer relationships and interacting with cross-functional groups or C-level executives.
- Solid fundamental project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent years of experience working within an Enterprise software company.
- Experience working with software solutions within the construction industry.
- Direct familiarity with order processing, quoting, billing, and contracts using Salesforce.

Pay and Benefits
Trimble provides a salary non-exempt role with a hiring range of $49,600.00–$68,300.00. The position is commission- or bonus-eligible, and benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Time off plans, and retirement plans.
