Responsibilities
- Define partnership priorities, standards, workflows, roles, and success measures
- Lead research, outreach, discovery, qualification recommendations, onboarding, training, and stewardship
- Care for liaison across schools, social services, health/wellness, and community organizations
- Review partner information, risks, gaps, capacity, and alignment for authorized decisions
- Maintain clear boundaries regarding eligibility, referrals, funding, data access, and endorsements
- Guide CRM, directory, reporting, communications, and review cycles
- Resolve escalated partner questions and coordinate authorized staff decisions
- Report network strengths, gaps, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Significant experience in nonprofit partnerships, community programs, social services, education, public health, network management, or business development
- Strong leadership, facilitation, judgment, documentation, and relationship-management skills
- Understanding of privacy, referral systems, contracts, risk, and program authorization
- Ability to lead a distributed volunteer team
