Remote ServiceNow Agile Project Manager (VA ESOM)

In this role, you will own delivery for one of three platform health teams supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs ServiceNow environment, managing schedule, deliverables, staffing, and stakeholder reporting while also facilitating that team's Agile/Scrum ceremonies directly. You will partner with the Technical Program Manager, Product Owners, and intake leads to plan sprints, remove impediments, and coordinate dependencies across more than twenty distributed contractor teams building on the platform. This role requires strong traditional project management discipline as well as hands-on Scrum facilitation skills, and serves as the day-to-day delivery anchor for the team.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for one of three platform health teams supporting the VA ServiceNow environment.
• Manage schedule, deliverables, staffing, and stakeholder reporting.
• Facilitate the team's Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Partner with the Technical Program Manager, Product Owners, and intake leads to plan sprints, remove impediments, and coordinate dependencies across more than twenty distributed contractor teams.

Requirements

• Strong traditional project management discipline.
• Hands‑on Scrum facilitation skills.
• Experience managing schedule, deliverables, staffing, and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience partnering with technical program managers, product owners, and intake leads.
• Experience planning sprints, removing impediments, and coordinating dependencies across distributed contractor teams.
