About the Role
Divurgent is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Project Manager to lead two key ServiceNow initiatives: the implementation of Clinical Device Management (CDM) and Now Assist. The Project Manager will provide end-to-end leadership from initial scoping and planning through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization. The initial focus will be establishing the project scope, developing the implementation plan, and preparing the CDM initiative for kickoff.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ServiceNow Clinical Device Management implementation, anticipated to span approximately six months
- Lead or coordinate the ServiceNow Now Assist implementation, anticipated to span approximately 8–12 months
- Develop the initial project scoping document, defining objectives, scope, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and overall implementation approach
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering requirements, design, development, testing, data migration, deployment, and stabilization
- Establish project governance, meeting cadence, status reporting, RAID management, and escalation processes
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately
- Provide clear project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead and coordinate implementation of ServiceNow CDM capabilities including: clinical device scheduling, device inventory management, planned and preventive maintenance, compliance tracking, work order management, mobile access and workflows, and contract management
- Coordinate the migration of clinical device data from the organization's legacy environment into ServiceNow, working closely with technical resources and business stakeholders to support data readiness, mapping, validation, and migration activities
- Partner with Clinical Engineering/HTM, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow functionality supports operational requirements and clinical device management workflows
- Provide project leadership for the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and the organization's broader AI initiatives
- Manage dependencies between Now Assist and existing ServiceNow capabilities and workflows
- Support planning, governance, testing, deployment, and adoption activities associated with new AI-enabled functionality
- Lead a cross-functional project team consisting of approximately seven external engineers and five internal resources
- Coordinate activities across business owners, ServiceNow engineers, application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Define team roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and expectations
- Manage external resources and vendors to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Build strong relationships across technical and operational teams while maintaining accountability for project execution
Required Experience
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably leading enterprise technology implementations
- 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations or major ServiceNow initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading complex ServiceNow projects through the full implementation lifecycle
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow project delivery methodologies and the ability to effectively manage technical ServiceNow teams
- Experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of internal resources, external engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Strong project planning, resource management, risk management, issue management, dependency management, and executive reporting skills
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to projects that are early in their lifecycle and translate business objectives into a clearly defined scope and implementation plan
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presence
Preferred Experience
- Previous ServiceNow Clinical Device Management (CDM) implementation experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly working with Clinical Engineering, Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), biomedical devices, or clinical device workflows
- Experience with device or asset data migration from legacy platforms into ServiceNow
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Now Assist or other ServiceNow AI capabilities
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, asset management, and related device management capabilities
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications preferred
