About the Opportunity:The SERVICENOW PROJECT MANAGER oversees ServiceNow platform projects, ensuring contract performance and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary liaison with the customer, managing project timelines, risks, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes. The project manager plays a critical role in coordinating technical aspects, supporting planning efforts, and applying Agile methodologies to meet customer priorities and improve project delivery. Responsibilities:Monitor project progress and mitigate risksProvide timely status updates to clients and senior managementDevelop and maintain project roadmaps based on client needsConduct release management using Scrum-based Agile methodsPerform project assessments and post-implementation reviewsSupport planning across multiple modules per customer requirementsManage ServiceNow projects from initiation through completionServe as the primary technical contact for the ServiceNow platformAssist with data calls related to ServiceNowProvide technical and administrative oversight of contract activitiesCommunicate effectively in both oral and written forms Requirements:Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and capabilitiesMinimum of 4 years leading ServiceNow projectsSkilled in prioritization and managing multiple efforts using AgileExperience collaborating with clients to define and execute implementation plansExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be a US citizenBachelor’s degree in a related field Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $100,000 - 120,000 Benefits & Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting first month401(k) plan with immediate vesting and no matching requiredPaid time off including wellness leave and federal holidaysPet insuranceTuition reimbursement and company-sponsored certifications Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
