Position Summary

Moore Haven Yacht Club is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Revenue & Reservations Coordinator to support reservation operations, guest communications, and revenue activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels.
  • Aid with bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate reservation and customer records.
  • Provide professional support to guests and respond to questions promptly.
  • Cook up with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Aid with revenue tracking, reports, and operational updates.
  • Monitor reservation activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks related to reservations and customer service.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks independently is necessary.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online systems is expected.
  • A professional customer service approach is a must-have.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the United States.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workspace.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours is required.
