About the role
A Remote/Online Reservations Specialist is needed to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing customer reservations through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer reservations through online platforms and phone calls
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability and policies
- Process cancellations and changes to reservations as needed
- Respond to customer feedback and escalate issues to appropriate departments if necessary
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservation-related role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with online reservation systems and call center operations
