About the role

A Remote/Online Reservations Specialist is needed to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing customer reservations through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer reservations through online platforms and phone calls
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability and policies
  • Process cancellations and changes to reservations as needed
  • Respond to customer feedback and escalate issues to appropriate departments if necessary

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservation-related role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with online reservation systems and call center operations
