About the role
The Remote/Online Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing customer reservations for a leading travel company. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel services
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
- Process cancellations and changes to reservations
- Ensure all reservations comply with company policies and regulations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
