About the role

The Remote/Online Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing customer reservations for a leading travel company. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel services
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
  • Process cancellations and changes to reservations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
