Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories.
- Building strong relationships with law enforcement and government officials, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating product value.
- Managing the sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Representing the company at industry events and providing product demonstrations at client sites.
- Collaborating with leadership to set goals, and developing processes for successful market entry and customer onboarding.
- Developing deep product knowledge to articulate unique benefits and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of over $1M+ ARR annually and success in winning new logos.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with experience working within the public sector B2G vertical.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Demonstrated persistence, adaptability, integrity, and a passion for social impact.
Preferred Qualities
- Early-stage startup experience.
- Existing law enforcement relationships.
- A drive to make a societal difference.
