Key Responsibilities
- Develop and scale regional partner leverage, recruit new VARs, SIs, and technology partners.
- Train partners, co-develop account plans, and support complex deal strategies.
- Manage and expand high-value direct accounts, leading consultative sales cycles.
- Position the company as a platform partner across end-to-end video workflows.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, drive pipeline generation, and track performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–10+ years in B2B technology sales, ideally in media, video infrastructure, SaaS, or related fields.
- Proven success in hybrid channel and direct sales models, closing complex, multi-year deals.
- Technical knowledge of content supply chain, cloud architectures, transcoding, streaming, and automation.
- Strong strategic planning, territory management, and account development skills.
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence; comfortable in ambiguity and evolving markets.
- Familiarity with the Mountain West market and willingness to travel.
