Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale regional partner leverage, recruit new VARs, SIs, and technology partners.
  • Train partners, co-develop account plans, and support complex deal strategies.
  • Manage and expand high-value direct accounts, leading consultative sales cycles.
  • Position the company as a platform partner across end-to-end video workflows.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, drive pipeline generation, and track performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–10+ years in B2B technology sales, ideally in media, video infrastructure, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Proven success in hybrid channel and direct sales models, closing complex, multi-year deals.
  • Technical knowledge of content supply chain, cloud architectures, transcoding, streaming, and automation.
  • Strong strategic planning, territory management, and account development skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence; comfortable in ambiguity and evolving markets.
  • Familiarity with the Mountain West market and willingness to travel.
