Key Responsibilities
- Selling and promoting the product line using a consultative approach
- Education customers on product value, demonstrating ROI, and fostering partnerships
- Developing sales forecasts, tracking budgets, and monitoring competitive activities
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams to implement sales and marketing strategies
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and adherence to quality policies
- Engaging in continuous learning through training, seminars, and trade shows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in biological sciences with strong quantitative skills
- 5-8 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical sales
- Experience calling on Pediatricians, GIs, Family Practice, or Primary Care
- Knowledge of PCR, infection control, and antimicrobials is advantageous
- Able to travel 1-2 nights/month and work independently within a large territory
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
