Sales Area Manager

Job Description Under the direction of senior management, manages in-store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods in a selling area(s) to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory goals. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Job Grade 3 Job Tier 2 Career Area Retail Operations Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications Two years of retail experience in retail store operations within the last five years is required. Or Successful completion of Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. Additional Qualifications/Requirements MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGES FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL DUTIES WITHIN A SELLING AREA EVALUATES AND ENHANSES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SUPERVISES, TRAINS, DEVELOPS, HIRES AND SCHEDULES ASSOCIATES FOR CURRENT POSITIONS AND FUTURE GROWTH. PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops, hires and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
