Position Description

This role handles the employees of our clients (B2C), that have failed a drug/alcohol test or received a DUI and they need to get enrolled in a Return to Duty Program, connecting them with a Substance Abuse Professional. You will be dealing with warm leads only; there is no cold calling in this job.

  • Our sales cycle involves the call, email, voicemail, chat, landing page inquiries coming into our company and the leads being divided amongst all the salespeople on the team (there are currently 7).
  • You will be explaining our services, sending them the contracts they're going to sign agreeing to go through treatment, processing their payment for that treatment, and handling the intake so that you are building the electronic file that will follow them through the program.

Remote Work & Schedule Requirements

This is not a sales role that allows you to work whenever you want, or wherever you want. It has a set work schedule which is Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST/8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST. We only allow remote work from the following states (and only from your home): MD, WV, NC, SC, FL, AL, LA, MS, and TX. You are responsible for the internet (and we require a hard-wired connection, with at least 400 MBPS of service). We supply all equipment (you cannot use your own equipment with this role).

Training Timeline

You are in training for your first two weeks onboard. This is a time of intense compliance information that you are going to be exposed to and learn (but we keep it all compiled in One Note), so you don’t have to memorize it all. From there, you hit the ground running!

Metrics & Uncapped Commissions

  • Everything we do is about metrics here. We are a very data driven company, we look month over month, year over year, when establishing metrics - and your metrics are all obtainable.
  • You will be required to maintain an active pipeline and work prospects until sold or exhausted.
  • You must follow call cadence and monitor close ratio.
  • Although the commissions are uncapped, you’re making 5% on the sale (and the average sale is about $595.00- so you’re talking about 29.00-30.00 a case in commissions).

Pay & Benefits

  • Your base pay is a 40,000.00 annual salary, paid out on a bi-weekly basis.
