Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound sales inquiries and proactively reaching out to warm leads
  • Conducting virtual consultations via phone, video, and email
  • Education clients on product offerings and value propositions
  • Building and managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Following up to nurture relationships and close deals
  • Collaborating with support teams for a seamless customer experience
  • Meting or exceeding sales targets

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B or fitness
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and virtual sales closing
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized
  • Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a plus
