Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound sales inquiries and proactively reaching out to warm leads
- Conducting virtual consultations via phone, video, and email
- Education clients on product offerings and value propositions
- Building and managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Following up to nurture relationships and close deals
- Collaborating with support teams for a seamless customer experience
- Meting or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications And Skills
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B or fitness
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfort with outbound outreach and virtual sales closing
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized
- Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a plus
