  • Achieving or exceeding sales goals and performance targets

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of inside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B or fitness/health sectors
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and virtual sales closing
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly organized
  • Passion for fitness or gym equipment knowledge is a plus
