Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound sales inquiries and proactively reaching out to warm leads
- Conducting virtual consultations via phone, video, and email
- Educating customers on product offerings and value
- Managing sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Following up to nurture relationships and close deals
- Collaborating with fulfillment and support teams for seamless client experience
- Achieving or exceeding sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of inside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B or fitness/health sectors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with outbound outreach and virtual sales closing
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly organized
- Passion for fitness or gym equipment knowledge is a plus
