Responsibilities
- Handling inbound sales inquiries and proactively reaching out to warm leads
- Conducting virtual consultations via phone, video, and email
- Educating customers on product offerings and value
- Managing sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Following up to nurture relationships and close deals
- Collaborating with support teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Meting or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B or fitness/health
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with outbound outreach and virtual sales closing
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly organized
- Passion for fitness or gym equipment knowledge (a plus)
