Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound sales inquiries and proactively reaching out to warm leads
  • Conducting virtual consultations via phone, video, and email
  • Educating customers on product offerings and value
  • Managing sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Following up to nurture relationships and close deals
  • Collaborating with support teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Meting or exceeding sales targets

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B or fitness/health
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and virtual sales closing
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly organized
  • Passion for fitness or gym equipment knowledge (a plus)
