Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Researching across multiple systems to resolve questions
- Providing clear, accurate healthcare information
- Managing high interaction volumes with professionalism and quality
- Following scheduled breaks and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Armenian
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness
- Comfort with computer systems and Windows applications
- Dedicated home workspace with a high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
