Responsibilities
- Handling incoming customer communications and resolving complex or escalated issues with professionalism and compassion
- Providing product information, conducting research, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upselling products or services to existing customers when appropriate
Qualifications And Skills
- Active Property and Casualty License
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong product knowledge, integrity, and privacy awareness
- Computer proficiency and high-speed internet (>25 Mbps)
- Use of wired headset preferred; compatible smartphone or device for login
