Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and engage thoughtfully to understand their healthcare needs
- Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve questions and provide accurate information
- Afford customers with healthcare options navigation assistance, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Manage high interaction volumes while maintaining professionalism and quality
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, patience, and attentive to customer needs
- Comfort with computer systems and Windows applications
- Distracted-free home workspace and secure high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
