Release Manager, SME TS Clearance REQUIRED

Release Strategy & Planning

Develop overall Configuration and Release Management Plans, creating consolidated delivery schedules with cross-functional teams.

Governance & Compliance

• Enforce engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps policies
• Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings

Risk & Issue Management

• Conduct pre-release impact assessments
• Manage rollbacks if production issues occur

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide progress reports to leadership
• Act as the liaison between business owners and technical IT SMEs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of experience
• Security Clearance: TS with ability to obtain and maintain SCI with CI Poly
• Technical Acumen: Hands-on expertise with release/project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and configuration baselines
• Methodologies: Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps models
• Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-team coordination, executive-level communication, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $214,800.00. CGI provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.
